Shipping and Delivery Policy for Australia and New Zealand

 1. Standard Delivery and Estimated Timeframes:

• Standard delivery within Australia is provided free of charge. 
• The estimated delivery time for standard delivery is between 3 and 5 business days from the time the goods are dispatched. 
• For regional areas, we kindly ask you to allow an additional 5 days for delivery. 

 2. Dispatch Time:

- We strive to promptly dispatch your order within 2 business days from the date of purchase, subject to availability and any unforeseen circumstances.  

3. Non-Responsibility for Delays:

- Teall Jewellery shall not be held responsible for any delays, late deliveries, or failures to deliver beyond our control, including but not limited to disruptions caused by carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, or any other external factors. 

 4. Business Days and Exclusions:

- Please note that the estimated delivery time is based on business days, which do not include weekends or public holidays. 

 5. Parcel Acceptance and Signature Requests:

• If you are concerned about not being present to accept your parcel, we offer options to ensure successful delivery. 

• Contact our Customer Care Team, and we will gladly assist you in requesting that your parcel requires a signature upon delivery or that it be redirected to your local Post Office for convenient collection. 

 6. Peak Period Delays:

- During peak periods, such as holidays or promotional events, there might be a delay of up to 2-5 business days in the processing and delivery of orders. We appreciate your understanding during such times. 

 7. Shipping to New Zealand:

• The same terms and conditions outlined above apply to orders shipped to New Zealand. 
• Deliveries to New Zealand may incur customs or import taxes. All orders over $1000NZD will incur GST and/or Duty fees, and you must apply for Customs. 

 8. Order Amendments and Inquiries:

• Once your order has been placed online, we regret to inform you that we are unable to make amendments to product, customer, or delivery details.
